We loved our stay in Golden Lion. Room was large and very clean, and breakfast was super. In the centre of the city, very convenient. What's more, getting to Holt Island Nature Reserve on foot takes about 5 mins.

This hotel is classic, marvellous location, professional staff. An iron, a work desk and a radio in our classic twin room were realy useful during our stay. We appreciated the local cuisine in the restaurant;))
The street was a bit noisy and that caused inconvenience.

Comfortable bed in the classic king room, and a heating system, an iron and a work desk. Breakfast was free, thoroughly enjoyed it. Besides, it has free Wi Fi in public areas.

dine at swan and angel, which is located within 100 metres from the hotel. public parking was provided to the guests. there were parking nearby. some of our favourite spots such as st ives bridge were not far from the property.
